Dacia Spare Hood Part Not Procured  for the Past Three Months

We've been super excited for the past three months, waiting for our baggage door to show up. But, sadly, there's no sign of it being delivered anytime soon. The whole thing is still a big mystery, and it's hard to believe that such an important thing is not available anywhere in Turkey...how there's no clear timeline and it seems like nothing is happening. It's like, ridiculous - nobody seems to have a clue when the baggage door will be good to go. They were quick to handle the money stuff, but now they're slacking when it comes to fixing problems and keeping us in the loop.
