Sürat Kargo Has Not Paid My Compensation for Months Despite My Repeated Complaints

I submitted a compensation request for my package that Sürat Kargo failed to deliver for two months, and it was approved. However, when I checked the process, it has been stuck at "payment documents are being obtained" for nearly three months. Every time I call customer service, they tell me that an urgency request has been created, yet no progress has been made. I have been patient for months, but it seems like they are just stalling instead of actually resolving the issue. Even when I ask for a timeline, they provide vague answers without any real commitment. Why? Why do I never get a clear answer or a solution despite repeatedly filing complaints?
