Dacia Service Keeps My Sandero Stepway Waiting for Parts for 97 Days

On the morning of February 27, I was involved in a traffic accident in Bolu while driving my Dacia Sandero Stepway. I was found to be completely free of fault in the accident. After the collision, my vehicle was transported by tow truck to the nearest authorized service center, Dacia Vizyon Otomotiv in Düzce, and it was admitted for repairs on the same day.
Since then, a total of 97 days have passed. I am still being told that a seat cover is expected to arrive from overseas and that the vehicle cannot be delivered until this part arrives. Despite the lengthy delay, no one has been able to provide a clear or reliable delivery date. Even though I was entirely innocent in this accident, I have been left without my vehicle for 97 days and forced to deal with ongoing uncertainty.
The insurance company has also stated that it cannot complete payment because it is still waiting for the service center to issue the final invoice. As a result, both my vehicle and the insurance claim process remain stalled. My car continues to sit at the service center, and the claim cannot move forward because of this unresolved situation.
During this period, I have contacted the authorized service center numerous times. Most recently, I was told that I would be provided with a replacement vehicle. However, this does not adequately compensate for the financial losses, inconvenience, and emotional stress I have experienced. I have effectively been left without transportation for 97 days because of a single seat cover, and this has seriously disrupted my daily life, work responsibilities, and personal plans.
I request that my vehicle be repaired and returned to me as soon as possible, with a clear and definitive delivery date. I also seek compensation for the financial and emotional hardship caused by this excessive delay. In addition, I expect the service center to complete the expert report and invoicing process so that I can pursue compensation for diminished value and any other damages through the appropriate legal channels. I specifically request that the entire process be handled transparently, efficiently, and without further unnecessary delays.
