He called, showed interest, and resolved the issue in the shortest time possible. He was polite and quite attentive. He solved a problem I had for about a year in 2 weeks. I also want to thank Ms. Zeynep, who works at the Fırat branch. Ms. Arzu, who was before Ms. Zeynep, was very inattentive.”

I bought a 2021 Dacia Dokker from the Şanlıurfa Fırat branch, and I was told that the seat covers would be replaced under warranty. In January 2024, I finished all the required application steps for this, but there has been no advancement since that time. I’ve reached out several times, but the dealership staff seems uninterested in resolving the issue or giving any updates. This delay has made me feel overlooked as a customer. I kindly ask for a swift resolution to this issue, as it is unreasonable to wait this long for a service covered by warranty. I trust that Dacia will address this issue with the seriousness it deserves and provide the support that customers like myself were assured of.
