I purchased my Seat Ateca in December 2023 and, overall, I’m satisfied with the car. However, the air vent grilles have a chronic defect. When one broke, I contacted the dealership, but they informed me that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. To my surprise, I’ve seen other customers have similar parts replaced free of charge under warranty, which feels like unfair treatment.
Despite taking great care of my car—never giving it to a car wash and personally cleaning it—the grille still broke. How can a reputable brand like Seat produce such a defective part? If the issue isn’t resolved in Ankara, I’ll escalate it to the Çorum branch. I’m sharing evidence of the broken part and replacement invoice. Seat must address this discrepancy.
