I purchased a 2024 Seat Ateca, and soon after, I noticed issues with the front passenger and driver window controls—they don’t operate properly. When I reported this problem to the authorized service center in Antalya, Başaran Oto, they claimed the issue was due to “external factors” because I had window tinting done elsewhere. They refused to cover the repairs under warranty, offering only a paid repair option. I explained that the back windows, which also have tint, work perfectly fine, indicating that the tint is not the problem. Yet, the service center dismissed my concerns, saying they only evaluated the malfunctioning part and stood by their assessment. I expected better service and reliability from a VAG group dealership, but this experience has been disappointing. I need a solution that respects my warranty rights.
