Refund And Cancellation Of Subscription From Cv Wizard
I made a one-time payment of 1 USD to Cvwizard on 3 December using my Ecocash Mastercard, intending it to be a single purchase. However, today another 20 USD was deducted from the same card, even though I do not appear to have an active account with them. My email address seems to be linked to a Cvwizard account, but I do not have any account ID, and I was not clearly informed that I was entering into any recurring subscription or ongoing payment agreement. I did not authorize this additional 20 USD deduction, nor was I given any prior notification. I request that Cvwizard cancel any subscription or automatic payments that may have been set up in my name and issue a full refund for the 20 USD charged today, as well as confirm that no further amounts will be taken from my Ecocash Mastercard without my explicit consent.
