CV Wizard Recurring Payment Taken Without Consent And Cancellation Requested

On 30 November 2025, an amount of R398,43 was taken from my account by CV Wizard as a “recurring card purchase” without my clear consent or prior notification. I was not informed that money would be deducted, and I did not knowingly approve any ongoing payment of this nature. I may have previously created an account or signed up on CV Wizard, but at no point was it made sufficiently clear to me that a recurring subscription would begin or that R398,43 would be charged on a recurring basis. Seeing this transaction on my bank statement has caused inconvenience, as I did not expect this deduction. I request that CV Wizard immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card or account and confirm that no further amounts will be taken. I also request a full refund of the R398,43 charged on 30 November 2025, as I did not knowingly agree to this recurring fee.
