Sign in to CVwizard, go to My Profile / Subscriptions, and click the "Cancel Subscription" button to end your subscription.
To get a refund, email their support using the website's contact form or direct email address.
Include your registered account email, the date and amount of the transaction, and the message that you want a refund for an illegal renewal.
According to their FAQ, you can't get your money back if you quit after the 14-day free trial.
If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and get support.
