A Complaint For Refund of My Money Taken By CVwizard

On 2 December 2025, I discovered that several repeated withdrawals had been taken from my Absa Bank account by CVwizard, with a total amount of R300. These withdrawals were not clearly authorized by me, and I only realized when I checked my bank statement. I contacted Absa Bank about these transactions, and they cancelled my old account and issued me a new card to prevent further withdrawals. Absa informed me that I should contact CVwizard directly to request my money back and, if necessary, open a fraud case. With this complaint, I am requesting a full refund of the R300 that was taken from my account and confirmation that no further withdrawals will be made from any of my cards or accounts in the future.
