Subscription Cancellation On CvWizard
I subscribed to CvWizard’s CV creation subscription from South Africa via the Safari browser on my iOS device, and since 21 May 2026 I have been experiencing unauthorized charges of R299.99. Despite my attempts to cancel, I have had difficulty ending the subscription and the charges are still continuing up to today. I contacted CvWizard customer support about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved and the subscription remains active, with ongoing deductions from my account. I do not have the transaction reference, order number or customer number, but the payments can clearly be identified by date, amount and merchant name on my bank statement. I request the immediate cancellation of my CvWizard CV creation subscription and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account.
