Refund Request After CVwizard Post-Cancellation Charge

I had a monthly CV subscription with CVwizard, which I cancelled on 20 February 2026. Despite cancelling in time, an amount of 299 was debited from my African Bank account in South Africa on 1 March 2026. After noticing this unauthorized debit, I contacted CVwizard customer service, but I have not received any response so far. I find it unacceptable that money was taken after a clear cancellation and that my messages are being ignored. I request an immediate full refund of the 299 that was debited after my cancellation, and I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
