Refund From CVwizard

I recently noticed that an amount of R300 was deducted from my Capitec Bank account today by a company identified as CV Wizard or a similar description. This debit went off even though I cancelled the subscription the same time I opened the CV Wizard account and have not been using the service since then. This R300 was my last money and I am currently not working, so this unexpected deduction has put me in a very difficult situation. I did not authorize any ongoing payments after cancelling and I was not informed that money would still be taken from my account. I kindly request that this R300 be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details be completely cancelled, so that no further deductions are made from my account in future.
