CVwizard Charges €19.99 While User Cannot Access Account
I have a paid subscription with CVwizard that is being charged to my credit card for 19.99 €, and I have lost access to my account. I no longer remember which email address or username I used, and for about a month, I have been unable to log in or manage this subscription. Despite not being able to access the account, the subscription fee of 19.99 € continues to be charged to my credit card, starting from 19/03/2026. I have not yet been able to contact customer service, but I would now like to formally request that this subscription be cancelled. I ask that my CVwizard subscription be cancelled as soon as possible and that no further charges be taken from my credit card. If possible, I also request a review of the recent payments made while I did not have access to the account and a refund for unjustified charges.
