I subscribed to the monthly CVwizard service provided by Resumedia BV on 26 February 2026 and paid the initial fee. I only needed the service to create my CV once and I have already completed that process, so I do not wish to continue using the subscription. Despite this, I was charged again on 13 March 2026 in the amount of US$19.99 (VAT US$2.14) via credit card, with reference number htGb9GDX-1-2. Since I did not intend to keep using the service after creating my CV, I consider this payment to be unnecessary and not in line with my expectations when I first signed up. I kindly request that the payment of US$19.99 dated 13 March 2026 be refunded to my credit card and that my CVwizard monthly subscription be cancelled so that no further amounts are charged.
