CVwizard Amsterdam NL Unauthorized Subscription Charges

I noticed a payment of 19.99 € made to CVwizard Amsterdam NL on 5 March at 15:47, linked to my account with the email address baranja***[email protected]. I did not intend to continue the subscription and was not aware that I would be charged this amount. Later, when I checked my account, I also saw that similar payments had been taken in October 2025 and January 2026 without my clear intention to continue any subscription. I kindly request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that all payments taken in October 2025, January 2026 and the last payment of 19.99 € on 5 March be fully refunded. I would also like written confirmation once the cancellation has been completed and the refunds have been processed.
