CVwizard Renewal Without Consent - Refund Request

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my CVwizard subscription. My monthly plan of 19.99 USD was renewed without my consent, and I was charged 19.99 USD on 27 February through Cvwizzard’s own website by card. I did not knowingly agree to this renewal, and I do not want to continue using this service. When I log into my account on the CVwizard website now, it shows that I am not subscribed on all accounts I can access, so I am unable to see or manage any active subscription and therefore cannot cancel it myself. Despite this, the payment was still taken from my card ending with the digits 904. I tried to reach CVwizard customer support about this issue but have not received any response so far, which leaves me with an unwanted subscription and a payment that I do not approve. I kindly request that the CVwizard subscription be cancelled immediately and that the 19.99 USD charged on 27 February be fully refunded, as this renewal was not made with my clear consent and I cannot manage it from my account. I also request that written confirmation of the cancellation and the refund be sent to my email address as soon as the process is completed.
