I Report Unfair Sales Policy on Cupra 1.5 PHEV Supreme for Individual Buyers

I’ve been researching the Cupra 1.5 (PHEV) Supreme model, which is officially listed at a retail price of ₺2,930,000. However, I was shocked to learn that this model is only sold to companies, and when purchased in quantities of two or more, the price drops drastically to ₺2,160,000. This pricing policy directly causes these vehicles to be resold by third-party dealers and showrooms for ₺2,400,000 to ₺2,700,000, making the end consumers pay more than corporate buyers.
Why am I forced to buy from a third party instead of directly from a Cupra dealership? Why are corporate customers prioritized over individual buyers for the exact same product? If the vehicle can be sold for a lower price, why can’t individual customers also benefit from that discount? This policy makes it feel like Cupra is more interested in supporting intermediaries’ profits than ensuring fair pricing for loyal individual buyers.
I strongly urge Cupra to revise this discriminatory sales strategy, offer transparent pricing, and allow individual buyers to purchase directly at the discounted rate. Please resolve this unfairness within 14 days.
