In December 2024, I purchased a brand-new Cupra Formentor VZ Line for ₺2.200.000. Just two months later, in February 2025, the 2025 model was released at ₺2.360.000, offering significantly more features for a minimal price difference. These include front camera, 360-degree view system, blind-spot monitoring, and lane-keeping assist—none of which are available in my vehicle.
I now feel that, despite my sizable investment, I received a model that is incomplete and outdated compared to newer versions. If I had been aware of this upcoming enhancement, I could have easily waited or placed the money in savings, then purchased the 2025 model with better safety and convenience features.
The lack of communication and the absence of upgrade opportunities for early buyers like me is extremely disappointing. I request that Cupra and its distributor offer an upgrade package or retrofit options for 2024 model VZ Line owners. We trusted the brand and invested in good faith—please do not make us regret that trust.
