New Cupra Formentor Oil Issue

I bought a new Cupra Formentor from the official Cupra seller in Turkey on June 5, 2025. After one month, I noticed that the oil level was approaching a risky level and had turned yellow, but since no warning appeared on the trip computer, I continued driving. Finally, on August 29 around 6 pm, when I started my car, I received a warning on the trip computer that the oil level was critical and needed to be topped up, even though my mileage had not yet reached 4,000 km. When I called Doğuş Oto Esenyurt Cupra Service in Istanbul, they told me this was normal and that they could add oil if I paid for it. My oil level is currently at 2 bars, whereas it was at 4 when I bought the car, meaning it has dropped by 2 bars in just 3 months, and yet they insist this is normal. If such a decrease is truly normal, then why don’t you fill more oil in the first place and instead demand extra payment from us later for the missing oil you didn’t put in? I completely reject this and demand that the missing oil be replaced under warranty, but Doğuş Oto refuses and insists on charging me.

I contacted Doğuş Oto Esenyurt, which is close to my home, for an oil top-up and they said that they only do the filling for a fee.
