I Report Faulty Microphone on My Cupra Purchased in May, Still Awaiting Repair

I purchased my Cupra vehicle in May, expecting top-tier performance and quality. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I encountered a critical issue: the microphone was defective right out of the showroom. Since then, my car has been waiting at Aykan service center, yet no concrete progress has been made toward resolving the issue.
The most frustrating part is the lack of technical competence and communication at the service center. I’ve spoken with multiple staff members who seemed unsure of the issue or how to resolve it. To escalate matters, I reached out to Cupra headquarters, only to be met with vague promises that they would “get back to me with updates”—which they haven’t fulfilled to this day.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience, especially since a modern car’s multimedia and communication features are essential. I expected much more from a premium brand like Cupra. I am requesting a full repair of the microphone, a formal apology, and compensation for the extended delay and inconvenience.
