I noticed that the key fob cover of my Cupra Formentor was broken about one hour after I picked up my vehicle from the authorized Gaziantep Şahintaş Doğuş Otomotiv service center. At the time I received the vehicle, there was no visible issue with the key, and no information or warning about any damage was provided to me during delivery. As soon as I noticed the break, I contacted the service center, but I was told that the key was already in that condition when I brought the vehicle in. However, there was absolutely no such damage when I handed over the vehicle, and this was never communicated to me. Despite the fact that there is no note or remark in the service delivery report indicating that the key fob cover was broken, the service center refused to accept responsibility and instead acted as if the issue were caused by me. Given that my vehicle and key were delivered to the service in good condition and that this damage is not documented in the delivery report, I request that the broken key fob cover be replaced free of charge under warranty or service responsibility. I ask that this lack of care be investigated and that the inconvenience I have experienced be properly resolved.
