I Report Dashboard Deformation on My 2024 Cupra Formentor While Parked

I purchased my 2024 Cupra Formentor in June. Since I’ve been abroad for about a week, my car has remained parked with a sunshade installed and the sunroof curtain closed. When I attempted to drive it this evening, I was shocked to discover a deformation on the dashboard area.
I’m an extremely careful and informed vehicle owner, and I’ve always used my car with great attention. It’s frustrating and confusing that such damage occurred without any external impact or misuse, especially on a nearly new car.
I’ve previously owned a Cupra Leon and was fully satisfied, which is why I chose the Formentor this time. All my purchase and service history is available for review. I firmly believe this is a manufacturer defect and request that the damaged dashboard part be replaced free of charge. I would like this process to be handled by the authorized Sakarya service center.
However, my request was outright denied, with no explanation or justification. I was told, “This is the decision of our team,” and no further clarification was provided by Cupra’s main office. It is unacceptable to experience such an issue on a one-year-old vehicle and to be ignored by the brand I trusted.
