In August 2024, I purchased my Cupra Formentor at its launch, and since the very first day, I have been experiencing various issues with the vehicle. First of all, the start/stop button used to start the car sometimes does not work, which prevents the vehicle from starting. When I encountered this issue, I contacted the roadside assistance team, but they only told me to wait. When I took the car to the service center, I was told that no problem was detected and that a software update would be performed. However, the problem persists, and no permanent solution has been offered. In addition, there is paint chipping at the same spot right under the front headlights of the vehicle. In particular, the paint chipping under the left headlight is getting worse. Regarding this matter, I applied to Keleşler İzmit authorized service. The warranty team claimed that the paint chipping in both spots was caused by external factors and excluded it from the warranty coverage, requesting payment from me for the paint repair on the bumper. However, my vehicle is still under warranty. So far, I have contacted both authorized service centers and customer service, but I have not received any solution or response. I request that all these issues be evaluated under warranty and that the necessary actions be taken.
