I purchased the Creality K1 Max expecting a reliable, high-quality 3D printer. Unfortunately, after updating the slicing software, the printer’s nozzle scraped and damaged the print bed during a job. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range.

I contacted Genix, the only authorized service provider, but getting in touch with them was a nightmare. When I finally reached someone—a woman from the support line—she was completely uninterested and unhelpful. No real technical support was offered, and I was left with a scratched build plate and a device I can no longer trust or use.
