Coursera removed my course and certificate, how can I get them back; is it reliable?

First check the My Accomplishments page after logging in. Certificates remain accessible unless your account was deleted.

If the course isn't visible, it might be due to subscription expiry or platform changes.

Re-enroll in the course via its main page. Often, previous progress is retained even after re-enrollment.

If issues persist, contact Coursera Support through the Help Center. Provide details like course name, completion date, and any proof of completion.
