Massimo Dutti Ignored My Refund Request for Order Not Picked Up at Zorlu

On September 14, 2025, I purchased a cotton-blend polo t-shirt from the Massimo Dutti Zorlu store. I was unable to pick up the product in person, so an automatic refund process was initiated. However, more than a month has passed, and the refund of ₺1,150 has still not been deposited into my account.

During this time, I contacted customer service multiple times, but each time I was told only that “the process is ongoing,” without any concrete resolution or progress. I also do not have any physical document or receipt related to the refund process.

I request that the refund amount be transferred to my account as soon as possible.
