Corsair Harpoon Pro Wireless USB Receiver Failed, No Replacement or Support Available

The USB receiver for my Corsair Harpoon Pro Wireless gaming mouse broke, and since the warranty has expired, I’m willing to pay for a replacement. However, no one, including Corsair, offers this part for sale. Penta Teknoloji, the authorized service provider, claimed the product isn’t theirs because the warranty document lacks their signature, and they refused to help. Boğaziçi Bilgisayar, another service center, told me they had no stock. Even Corsair support said they couldn't ship the part due to shipping restrictions. It’s frustrating that I can’t even buy a replacement part for a working mouse. Should I throw it away just because of a faulty receiver? It’s absurd that a brand like Corsair doesn’t have spare parts available. I’ll never purchase from them again if this is how they treat their customers over a small part.
