Unable to Get Replacement USB Dongle for Corsair Mouse – No Support in My Country

A year ago, I purchased a Corsair mouse, but I recently lost the dongle (USB wireless port). When I contacted the company to order a replacement part, I was told that Corsair doesn’t provide service in my country and that they are "working on a solution." This is extremely frustrating. Why sell a product in a country if you can’t provide proper support or replacement parts? I am now stuck with a product I can’t fully use, and I feel completely let down by Corsair. I’m very disappointed with their lack of service and the inconvenience this has caused. Corsair, I urge you to address this issue and help your customers!
