HP 435 Mouse Lost USB Dongle - HP Says "Nothing We Can Do"

I lost the USB dongle of my HP 435 wireless mouse about a week ago. I purchased the product on July 17, 2025, through Pazarama, and it is still under warranty. Today, I contacted HP customer support and technical service, but neither provided a solution. I was told that a new dongle could not be sent or even purchased, and the technical service simply said, “There’s nothing we can do.” This situation leaves the mouse completely unusable, causing significant inconvenience. I am disappointed that a product under warranty is not supported with replacement parts. I request that a new dongle be sent to me or made available for purchase. To put it simply, it feels like buying a car, getting a flat tire, and being told to buy a new car instead of getting a new tire. Customers are being treated disrespectfully. My order number is 150067416, and my delivery location is Istanbul Pendik. I kindly request a prompt resolution to my issue.

Customer service called, no solution, they basically said the mouse is unusable, just throw it away...
