I Experience Missing PNR And Ticket Issue After Payment On Corendon

On 27.06.2025, I purchased flight tickets from Corendon Airlines for myself and my spouse, paying the full amount during the booking process. However, despite the payment being successfully processed and deducted from my account, we never received our PNR code or flight tickets.

Since then, I have contacted Corendon customer service multiple times through emails and complaint forms. Unfortunately, I have not received any clear or helpful response from the company. As a result, we are currently left without our flight tickets and have lost our money.

This situation has caused significant emotional and financial distress, as we planned this trip in advance and now face uncertainty and additional costs. I explicitly request Corendon to either immediately send our valid tickets or fully refund the total payment.
