Corendon Issued My Berlin–Izmir Ticket with Wrong Gender Despite Correct Profile Info

I booked two tickets through the Corendon mobile app for a Berlin to Izmir roundtrip—departure on July 9, 2025, and return on July 25, 2025. When I registered for the app and purchased the tickets, my gender was clearly set as female in my profile. However, after reviewing my ticket information, I was shocked to see that it says “Mr.” instead of “Ms.”

This may seem minor to some, but it is unacceptable considering the amount of money I paid and the potential issues it could cause at check-in or during boarding. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to Corendon through their contact channels, but all email inboxes are full, and there’s no way to get through to support.

I need this gender error corrected immediately to avoid problems at the airport. It’s deeply frustrating to deal with such a basic mistake on a paid international flight and not even be able to reach someone for help. I expect Corendon to take this seriously and update my booking details without delay. We deserve better customer service for the price we’re paying.
