Our Corendon Airlines flight scheduled for 14 July 2024 at 23:15 from Adana to Cologne experienced a delay of 3 hours and 25 minutes without any explanation. The flight was supposed to depart at 02:30. With the aircraft arriving late and the passport control delays, this delay could extend to at least 5 hours. Many passengers at the waiting area couldn't even find a place to rest. I request compensation for the inconvenience under passenger rights regulations.
