I purchased Flex tickets for a flight from Antalya to Cologne on Corendon Airlines. When I tried to refund the tickets 8 weeks before the flight, I was told that there would be a service charge, fuel surcharge, and a €100 deduction. I was told that I would not receive any refund because the total deductions exceeded the amount I paid.
In short, Corendon Airlines is a scam. Any other airline, no matter how ridiculous, is better than Corendon. Especially, "Flex" tickets should not be purchased. You end up paying extra money and then you can't get a refund anyway.
