I purchased Flex tickets for my parents to travel from Antalya to the Netherlands with Corendon Airlines. Flex tickets include an 8kg cabin bag allowance and 20kg checked luggage, but the airline denied the cabin bag allowance, claiming it wasn’t included. To make matters worse, they charged an additional fee for the cabin baggage.
This is an unjust and misleading practice, as the terms of the Flex ticket clearly state that cabin baggage is allowed. I demand an immediate refund of the extra charges and an explanation as to why this occurred. Corendon Airlines should honor its policies and stop imposing unnecessary fees on customers. I expect prompt action to resolve this issue.
