On June 28, 2024, I purchased a ticket for flight XC5906 from Nuremberg (NUE) to Antalya (AYT) (ticket reference number: RBWBRJ). Due to a plane malfunction, I was forced to wait for several hours at the airport, which ultimately led me to cancel my holiday plans. This situation caused significant inconvenience and a complete loss of my planned vacation.
I submitted a refund request over three months ago, but there has been no progress. The responses I receive are repetitive and unhelpful, and contacting customer service by phone is nearly impossible. Despite being told that €400 was refunded, I have yet to receive any payment.
Corendon Airlines' lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve refund claims is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to reconsider booking tickets with Corendon Airlines. I demand immediate action to process my refund and address this issue properly.
