I Still Haven’t Received a Refund for My Accidental ₺100 CooMeet Purchase

Hello, I accidentally made a ₺100 purchase on CooMeet on April 3 and immediately contacted support to request a refund. I was told the refund would be processed and that I should wait between 1 to 20 business days. It’s now day 18, and there’s still no sign of my money being returned. This has gone on far too long with zero meaningful communication from your team.

I’ve reached out multiple times, submitted all the necessary information, and followed every instruction given. Yet, there is no resolution or explanation for the delay. I expect better from a platform that handles user payments. Please process my refund immediately. I’m extremely disappointed with this lack of urgency. If my refund is not issued within the promised timeframe, I will be forced to escalate this further through formal complaint channels. Enough is enough—do the right thing and return my money.
