EasyJet Left My Carry-On at Valencia Airport

On September 19, 2025, I traveled on EasyJet’s Valencia–Geneva flight. As a passenger with a disability, I was accompanied by a flight attendant and used a wheelchair for assistance. During the flight, an onboard assistant provided by EasyJet accompanied me. However, due to the attendant’s negligence, my cabin bag was left behind at Valencia Airport (Aena Ctra. Del Aeropuerto, S/N 46940 Manises Valencia, Spain). I was informed that my bag had remained in Valencia, but it has still not been delivered to me.
Throughout this process, I wrote several times to the relevant EasyJet email address, yet I have received no response. My bag contains my daily clothing, sandals, and a few personal items. The airport opened a file for me under the reference number a-129054.
My request is that the bag left behind at Valencia Airport be sent immediately to Geneva Airport, that I be informed of the shipment, and that the exact date on which I can pick it up be clearly communicated. Attached are the photo my brother took before departure, my return boarding pass, and the email sent to me by the airport.
