For the past 5 days, I have been trying to use the video chat feature on Omegle.CC, but I constantly face connection problems. Every time I log in, the screen only shows “Connecting” and never actually connects. To make sure the issue wasn’t from my own network or browser, I tested it on different internet connections and browsers, but the problem continues. I am using an iPhone with the iOS operating system.
I paid a $2 membership fee to register on the site and I have the receipt to prove it. When creating my account, I entered random email and password details that I no longer remember. However, I still have my profile link and can access my account through it. Despite this, I have not been able to reach customer support for assistance.
I expect Omegle.CC to resolve this issue immediately so I can use the video chat service I paid for. Leaving paying customers without support and with a service that does not work is unacceptable.
