I’ve been using Omegle regularly, and everything was working fine just yesterday. However, today when I try to connect, I only get a black screen—no video at all. On top of that, it seems like I’ve been banned for no clear reason, even though I haven’t violated any rules.
I’m extremely frustrated because I didn’t do anything inappropriate. I’m just a normal user looking to have conversations, and now I can’t even access the platform. The screen stays black, and I’m instantly disconnected or blocked.
Please review my situation and lift the ban if this was a mistake. Also, fix whatever technical issue is causing this black screen. I expect fair treatment and proper support.
