I was using the Omegle app on my iPhone (iOS 18), downloaded from the App Store. Through the app, I purchased a VIP membership and made two payments of 500 TL each and one payment of 150 TL for VIP access. I had been banned before, and after my ban was lifted, I was unable to access chats again—the “reject/accept” screen never appeared anymore. I want to point out that this issue occurs only on the Omegle app; I have not faced such a problem with any other app.
This issue has been ongoing for about 2 days. I deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and cleared all data, but the problem still persists. Up until now, I have not contacted any customer service.
Due to the payments I made and the inconvenience I am experiencing, I urgently request technical support. I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive a prompt response.
