I have been using the Omegle app downloaded from the Apple Store on my phone, logging in with my Google account (c*@4gmail.com)** to chat anonymously. On September 10th at 15:56, when I opened the app, I suddenly received a ban notification: “You are banned – Time left: 719.58:52.”
This is not the first time this has happened. I was banned before in a similar way, and even after deleting and reinstalling the app, the issue was not resolved. The app claims there are “too many complaints,” but I have not violated any rules or engaged in inappropriate behavior.
Currently, I cannot access the app or join any chats. Although I have not made any payments, being repeatedly banned without clear reason causes serious frustration and inconvenience.
I request that my ban be lifted immediately, that my account be restored, and that I can use Omegle without constant disruptions.
