I Regret Buying Nike Court Borough Low SL—Heel Pain and Deformation in 3 Months

I purchased the Nike Court Borough Low SL unisex sneakers on January 25, 2024, expecting long-term comfort and durability from a brand like Nike. However, just three months in, I started noticing serious issues with the shoes. The heels became deformed, and now there’s a hard object inside the heel area pressing directly into my foot. It has reached a point where it’s causing pain and even bleeding due to constant rubbing.
Additionally, the upper part of the shoe has started to crease—and not in a normal, worn-in way. One side is bent oddly while the other looks fine, making the shoes look completely misshapen from the outside. It's embarrassing to wear them and extremely uncomfortable.
For a shoe in this price range, this kind of quality is unacceptable. I trusted Nike, but this product failed me well before even a year of use. I demand that Nike take immediate action—either provide a refund, exchange, or offer a real solution. I won’t recommend this model to anyone unless the issue is acknowledged and resolved promptly.
