Columbia Jacket Color Difference Dismissed as "Customer Error"

13

I purchased a Columbia jacket, and after some time, I noticed a distinct color difference between the shoulder area and the rest of the jacket. Concerned, I brought it to the store and requested an inspection. However, the inspection result came back as "not a production defect," blaming me for causing the issue.

Columbia claims the tone difference is due to customer error, which is incredibly disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expected better quality and accountability from such a reputable brand. This lack of responsibility reflects poorly on the company. I urge Columbia to reconsider this decision and resolve the issue by standing behind the quality of their product.
