Columbia Jacket Has a Defect – Feathers Leaking, Need Replacement

I recently purchased a Columbia jacket, and I noticed a small scratch on the fabric. At first, it didn’t seem like a big issue, but now feathers are starting to come out from that spot. This is extremely frustrating for a brand like Columbia, as I expected better quality from their products.

Since the jacket is brand new, I would like to exchange it for a defect-free product. If my purchase is under warranty, I expect Columbia to assist me immediately. I love wearing this jacket, and I believe this minor issue should be resolved quickly.
