What kind of brand is Columbia? How can a brand with a presence and sales in nearly every country not allow label changes for a paid product? Are your products not the same everywhere? I trusted the Columbia brand because of its global reputation, but this experience disappointed me. What is the difference between Columbia products sold in Türkiye and those in Italy? You don't make any changes or offer flexibility, despite being a brand that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Why is that? Why can't a coat that came as a gift from Italy be exchanged at a Columbia store here in Türkiye? I'm looking for a logical answer to this inconsistency!
