Columbia Sold Me a Ripped Non Waterproof Product - Ignored My Complaint

It is not waterproof, and it got ripped. I bought the product expecting durability and outdoor performance, but it failed to meet even basic standards. The Columbia department in Turkey, called "Gözalan" and located in IST Marina, does not take any responsibility for the issue. I visited the store in person, hoping for a proper explanation or support, but they simply dismissed the issue. I trusted the Columbia brand, but I ended up feeling let down. The way the situation was handled made me question the value of the brand’s reputation. The customer service of Columbia in Turkey is very poor, and they offered no solution for the problem.
