I Report Collagenforte Useless Product, Hard to Swallow

I purchased CollagenforteTurkey.com collagen supplements through Trendyol, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The capsules are so large in size that I had great difficulty swallowing them. On top of that, they have a very unpleasant taste and provided no noticeable benefits at all.

This is not just a matter of taste or preference—it concerns human health. A product marketed as a health supplement should be effective and safe to consume, but this one failed completely. I reached out expecting a response from the company, yet so far I have not received any proper support or explanation.

I am urgently requesting a clear response and resolution from the brand. If no action is taken soon, I will escalate my complaint to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee. Companies selling health-related products should not take customer safety and satisfaction so lightly.
