Hello, I bought collagen from a Trendyol store because it was on sale, two boxes—one for my spouse and one for myself. I specifically asked the seller if the product was original. They told me it was original and that the original certificate and invoice would be sent to me via Trendyol, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. My spouse used the product and experienced harm instead of benefit, with nausea and vomiting. I also had severe bloating in my stomach. When I scan the barcode on the package, the page doesn’t even open, meaning the product is fake. I wanted to return it, but the product has already been removed. I kept some of it just in case. I’m disappointed in Trendyol for allowing this to happen; how do they permit such things? Trendyol is now over for me. Buyers should be cautious and not suffer like we did. People’s health isn’t this cheap.
