CoinTracker Fails to Track My Crypto and Offers No Customer Support

For me, CoinTracker has fallen rather short. Though customer service is essentially non-existent, as a paying user I expected reasonable support. I have asked several questions and have not gotten one insightful answer. Regarding monitoring cryptocurrency, the application cannot even manage several of the coins and tokens I own. Rather, it produces pages upon pages of mistakes I have to personally check through. It takes time and is annoying, so negating the whole point of having an automated tracker. Though CoinTracker has only made matters worse, I registered for convenience. Most users—especially those with varied crypto portfolios—find it absolutely useless. To be honest, I regret paying this service money. Not advise anyone to do that.
